Having a huge amount of wonderful work that has built up during the project so far. Leaders and helpers set about how to display it.

The Church collage depicting the seasons took great thought.

Deciding how to mount the excellent written work was a challenge.

Everybody was pleased with the outcome, knowing that it will appear in several exhibitions.

After completion of the restoration of the tower the scaffolding came down, the new drainage system was started. Installed on the West side of the Church it is expected to make a dramatic improvement of the church fabric.

Internal restoration of the church is making good progress, with cracks above the East window repaired.

Like wise the internal cracks in the tower have been repaired, know the tower restoration has been completed

The foundations and tiling have been completed, ready for the font to be re-positioned

The continued success of our HLF Schools Project is not only due to the continued support of our qualified helpers, but also the support of commercial organisations. Over five hundred school children have visited the Ovington project so far, and with the very generous support of Tesco supermarket every pupil has been provided with fresh fruit. On a weekly basis fruit and refreshments are collected from the local Watton supermarket and given the pupils in their break times

The fresh fruit manager Jacob and his colleagues have been extremely supportive and helpful in aiding the success of the project.

Jacob made us very much aware it is the company’s policy to support this type on community project, especially as it was including most of the local schools. He said this helps them to encourage healthy eating in children via our project, as well as when children visit their stores. Thank you Tesco
